Codex Gmail Connections is a private desktop integration intended solely for its owner's authorized use. It is not offered as a public service.

Use it only with Google accounts you own or are authorized to access. Google account access requires the account holder's authorization and remains subject to Google's applicable policies and any organization-managed account restrictions.

Use of Codex and OpenAI services remains subject to the applicable OpenAI terms and account settings. The integration's handling of Google data is described in its privacy policy.

To stop using the integration, disable its Codex connections and revoke the app's access in Google Account settings. Local files and previously returned conversation content are managed separately by the owner.
